Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ilion website and application provided by [Legal entity name — e.g. ilion, Inc.]. By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
ilion is an agentic Revenue OS that provides CRM and AI-agent features on a subscription basis. We may update features over time.
2. Accounts
Access is currently invite-only. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Subscriptions, trials & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. A 14-day free trial may be offered; unless cancelled before it ends, the subscription converts to the paid plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
4. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: violating laws, infringing others' rights, attempting to breach security or tenant isolation, or sending unlawful or unsolicited communications via the platform.
6. AI features
AI-generated content (drafts, summaries, suggestions) may contain errors. By default, outbound actions require your approval. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sending it.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you import or create. We process it to provide the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data processing terms.
8. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited as set out in these terms. [Insert jurisdiction-appropriate liability limitations after legal review.]
10. Governing law
