Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your subscription and when refunds apply.
Free trial
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription converts to the paid plan at the end of the trial.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings, or by emailing hello@ilionos.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
EU/UK consumers: statutory withdrawal and consumer-protection rights apply where relevant. [Confirm right-of-withdrawal wording and any digital-service waiver after legal review.]
Annual plans
Annual plans are paid up front for the year. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the annual term; partial refunds for the remaining term are at our discretion unless required by law.
Top-ups
One-time agent-capacity top-ups are non-refundable once applied to your account.
