Why unlimited seats?+
Because ilion's value isn't a human in a seat — it's the agents doing the work. Charging per seat would punish you for adding teammates. We don't.
Is chat really unlimited?+
Yes — ask your AI assistant anything, as often as you like, on every plan. What has a monthly allowance is autonomous agent work (the background agents acting on your pipeline) — generous enough that most teams never hit it. If you do, agents pause; buy a top-up or upgrade to keep them running. No surprise bills. Enterprise is uncapped.
Do agents send things without me?+
No — by default, anything outbound is drafted for your one-click approval. You can grant more autonomy per workflow once you trust it.
Can I import my existing data?+
